Terms of Service

By using Areny (hereinafter "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by In Real Life S.r.l., located at Via del Torchio 1, 20123 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT 13965520961 (hereinafter "Provider").

Areny is a SaaS platform for managing padel tournaments. The Service allows you to create tournaments, manage pools and brackets, record results and display live standings.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activities performed through your account.

The Service offers several plans: - Free: 1 tournament (lifetime limit), up to 16 players and 8 teams. - Event Pass (€19.99/tournament, VAT included): all Pro features for a single tournament. - Pro (€29.99/month or €299.99/year, VAT included): unlimited tournaments, unlimited players, TV display, custom branding. - Custom: tailored pricing and features. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Prices may be subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Tournaments created with Free and Event Pass plans have a maximum duration of 14 days from creation, after which they become read-only. Pro tournaments have no time limit.

You retain ownership of all data entered into the Service (player names, results, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Each account's data is fully isolated.

You agree not to: - Use the Service for illegal purposes. - Attempt to access other users' accounts or data. - Interfere with the operation of the Service. - Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.

We strive to ensure maximum availability of the Service, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at info@areny.net. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform with at least 15 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
