How many tournaments can I run on the free plan?
The Free plan lets you create one tournament with up to 16 players and 8 teams. It includes all the essentials: pools, brackets and admin dashboard. Perfect to try the platform.
How does the TV display work?
Just open the display link on any browser — TV, projector, tablet. It refreshes on its own when you enter results, no manual reloads needed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Areny is fully web-based and runs on any device with a modern browser. No downloads, no IT setup.
Is my club's data isolated?
Completely. Each account is fully isolated — no other user can see your tournaments, players or data. Hosted in Germany (Hetzner), daily backups, TLS encryption in transit.
Can I customize colors and logo?
On Pro and Custom, yes — your club colors appear on display, brackets and public pages. Logo upload, custom palette and sponsor overlays included.
How do I switch plans?
Any time, from your dashboard. Upgrade takes effect immediately, downgrade kicks in at the next cycle. No long-term commitments.
